Park’N Fly Unveils New Travel Agent Hub

Park’N Fly has rolled out a new digital resource designed to streamline how travel advisors manage airport parking recommendations. The Travel Agent Hub, available at parknfly.ca/ta-learning-hub, consolidates product details, booking tools, and incentive programs into a single online destination. The company aims to reduce the administrative friction for agents who often juggle multiple vendor resources while planning itineraries for clients.

The launch addresses a common pain point in the travel industry: fragmented information. Advisors frequently struggle to locate specific discount codes or current service terms quickly. By centralizing these elements, the platform seeks to make the recommendation process faster and less error-prone. This is particularly relevant for agents who handle high volumes of bookings during peak travel seasons.

Streamlining the Booking Workflow

The hub offers a dedicated portal where advisors can create reservations directly for clients. These bookings are tracked back to the specific agency through a unique discount code, ensuring accurate attribution for both the agent and the client. This tracking mechanism is essential for maintaining clear records in agency accounting systems.

Frank Decesare, VP of Sales and Marketing at Park’N Fly, explained the rationale behind the tool. “Travel advisors are looking for resources that are easy to find, easy to use and help them add value for their clients,” Decesare stated. He noted that the hub puts necessary information in one place, allowing advisors to spend less time searching and more time assisting travelers.

One of the more practical features is the availability of customized digital e-coupons. Agencies can request these coupons and share them with clients, often attaching them to booking confirmations or pre-departure emails. This provides immediate, tangible savings for the traveler and reinforces the agency’s role in securing perks beyond the core flight or hotel booking.

Incentives and Marketing Assets

Beyond basic booking tools, the platform includes a reward structure designed to encourage consistent use. The Agency Free Day Program allows firms to earn free parking vouchers. These vouchers are earned when reservations are made using a unique discount code or when an advisor is signed into the portal. The rewards can be distributed to clients as a perk or used for internal staff travel.

For agencies looking to expand their internal capabilities, the hub also serves as a training resource. Jason du Sautoy, National Sales Manager, highlighted the versatility of the platform. “Whether an advisor is making a reservation, looking for an agent discount, accessing an e-coupon or simply brushing up on Park’N Fly’s services, the Travel Agent Hub gives them a single place to start,” du Sautoy said.

The platform also hosts a digital ad library containing web banners and email graphics. These assets are designed to help agencies promote the parking service to their own client bases.

Recommendations for adoption vary by agency size. Individual travel advisors are encouraged to bookmark the site for quick reference during client calls. Larger travel agencies are advised to integrate the URL into their internal resource libraries or advisor training portals. This ensures that new hires can access the tools immediately without needing to ask senior staff for guidance.

The hub is intended to be a long-term resource rather than a temporary campaign page. Advisors can return to the site whenever they need updated product information or details on current incentive programs. The consistent availability of these tools supports a more stable relationship between the parking provider and the travel agency sector.
